Innovative and durable orange Diamond Top® delineator handle featuring a versatile loop top design that facilitates a full, firm grip and easy wrapping of caution tape or rope. Recessed sheeting area with (2) 3 inch Yellow high intensity sheeting bands to minimize rips and scratches. Large flanged bottom locks the device securely in any base with a 4.5 inch hole. Incorporates a mounting hole and anti-rotate ledge for barricade lights. UV inhibitors help minimize fading of the tube. Durable LDPE blend construction for durability and flexibility.
