Flagger Certifications
Hi-Way Safety offers training for ATSSA certifications for flaggers that is Caltrans approved. The course is designed to teach the practical knowledge a student needs to satisfy Caltrans requirements. Learn current CA MUTCD standards and all the fundamentals of flagging operations. Students will learn to demonstrate proper flagging procedures to become certified. Once a student successfully passes the written test they will receive their certification.
Traffic Control Supervisor Training
Caltrans approved traffic control supervisor training is a course to train individuals in setting up, designing, and maintaining temporary traffic control within work zones. Learn how to interpret and read plans and specifications and how to implement them in the field. Learn to design temporary traffic control setups using real world examples by recognizing, analyzing and correcting deficiencies. This course builds on the traffic control technician certification.
