| The model
120 PCMS is designed to be the most durable and easy to operate message
board on the market today. With 440 watts of solar energy, this board will
outlast any competitors. User friendly design and programming make setup
fast and simple. Engineered to endure 65 m.p.h. wind with outriggers
extended and built of all steel frame to withstand the torture of job site
demands. The hydraulic pump glides message display effortlessly into
position and can be programmed easily in the field or remotely. |

All steel trailer measure approx.14' x 8'
with excellent balance for easy towing. The model 120 is professionally
painted with automotive grade paint for years of good looks. Equipped
with your choice of class II-2'' ball coupler or pintel hitch. All
comes with surge brakes and 15'' tires. |

The control box enclosure is weatherproof and lockable. It has a work area
to set up the laptop programming computer which can be secured or removed
for security. |

Eight high efficiency 55watt solar panels
provide 440 watts of power. The panels are housed in an anodized
aluminum frame to reduce weight and can supply a maximum of 30 amps of
charging power. Average lifespan on our solar panels is 25 years. |

The display board adjust quickly and easily
using a hydraulic lift to raise and lower the display sign at various
heights. The sign panel rotates and locks at any 360 degree angle. The
total display area is 6' x 10 with 3 lines of 8 characters. the model
120 is legible from distance well beyond 1200 feet, and the front panels
open for easy access and maintenance. |

12 deep cycle 12 volt maintenance free
batteries store up to 1320 amp per hour of capacity 6 (on either side).
With a 40 amp internal backup battery charger, you can keep it charged
up in inclement weather. The battery closures are vented and lock for
added security. |

Each character is made up of 35 pixel clusters molded in poly carbonate.
Each cluster contains 4 hi-intensity led LED's. The character size is 18''
height by 12'' wide, and has a minimum of 17 degree cone of visibility which
display in a yellow/amber color. |

The hydraulic pump raises and lowers the
display panel into position with a push of a button. |

A state of the art laptop computer is included
with every unit. It contains the necessary programming software as well as
245 predefined message. It can also save all the user created messages.
comes with a carrying case and 110v charger. |

Outriggers extended 18'' from the frame for extreme stability under high
winds. The jacks cranks easily for quick setup and the taillights are housed
in the steel to protect from damage. Jacks can also be used to raise the
unit for tire removal. |
